Integrity Imaging is San Diego's largest independent Konica Minolta Service Center. Unlike other independents, we service and repair only Konica Minolta and Minolta copiers. We started in 1994, servicing Minolta copiers exclusively. When Minolta and Konica merged, we naturally began servicing Konica Minolta copiers as well. We now specialize in the Konica Minolta Bizhub series, both color and monochrome (black and white) models.
We do not service
other makes of copiers, standalone faxes, small printers, etc. All of
our technicians have extensive factory
training, plus they spend every day working on
nothing but Konica Minolta and Minolta copiers.
Since we only
service and repair one product line, we can stock an extensive
selection of parts for that line. If your Konica Minolta or Minolta
copier needs a part, we are likely to have it in
stock. In the unlikely event that we don't, we know where to find it, fast!
Despite this high
level of professionalism, our service costs no more
than most independents, and a lot less than you may
be paying. Our hourly rate is only $95.00,
and there is never a travel charge. We also feature a
variety of annual maintenance agreements, based on your copy volume and custom-tailored to your exact needs.

Minolta and Konica Minolta copiers, and feature free
shipping anywhere in southern California. If you are located in our service area (greater San Diego area), we will even deliver it and put it in the copier for you.
In addition, all our toners
carry an unconditional money-back guarantee. If you
are unhappy with any of our products for any reason,
just return the unused portion for a full refund.
If we determine that the toner caused a problem with your copier, it will be repaired at no charge to you.

Konica Minolta
Digital Copier Systems
If you are fortunate
enough to live in the San Diego area, we would
welcome the opportunity to show you how owning a
Konica Minolta Bizhub digital copier system would benefit your business. We
purchase only the best recent model systems with low meter readings, often
repo's, and thoroughly refurbish them. Since we will likely be servicing them for the next several years, we do not cut corners.
After installing the system, we integrate it into your office network, installing drivers on your workstations as necessary to provide printing, scanning and faxing as needed, in a secure and reliable fashion.
What we do not have
is a sales staff, a showroom, or a huge warehouse. The
person selling you the copier will most likely be the
